We have decided not to start the clubhouse/lodge until such time as we have 8 purchasers. We wanted to solicit their input as to the size and offering that the lodge would provide. We want to provide the features of a lodge but based on use and practical usage we did not want to overburden the association fees with something that was off mark or over built. Right now we feel that the lodge will be about 1,400 square feet where a group of people can meet, eat and have great views with a nice fire. We will have a separate business office for internet access and a small preparation kitchen. We are not sure about an exercise room or a shower just yet.
We plan on building one or two small guest cabins next to the lodge as well but also feel that many cabins that are going to be built will want to be put into a rental pool. The lodge is planned for a beautiful park area right on a quiet pool in the river with a distant waterfall and within a few hundred yards of the stables and the main office.
Golf Course
No golf courses are planned for the project. There are plenty of gold course resorts in the world. We want the main valley to remain like it has for thousands of years. We are planning a very well designed fish creek of 7,100 feet to provide guaranteed fishing access to young people, novices, and elderly.
