Ownership
Each owner will own his or her own homestead pacel and also will have a one-thirtieth (1/30th) interest in the overall holding company of the Estancia and the 24,000 common acres.
Management
The property has full time property management and sercurity with access to specialty services such as house workers, cooks, child care, gardeners, etc.
Project Changes
A two-thirds (2/3) bote by the 30 property owners will allow for changes to the Rules and Regulations and Construction guidelines of the Estancia Poncho Moro.
