Yearly association fees
Yearly Association fees are projected to be around $4,800 per year. The objective of the Poncho Moro development is to keep the management and maintenance expenses to a minimum so that the association fees will be low. Most recreational equipment will be rented on an “as needed” basis such as ATV’s, mountain bikes, etc. |
Taxes
Taxes for the Estancia Poncho Moro will be paid by the association and will be part of the association’s fees, but each owner of each Parcel will be responsible for their own taxes on a yearly basis. |
